元韓国人とは知りませんでしたが、ニュースで見たとき、相手の選手の耳から血が出ていたので心配していました。

大変興味深い記事を読ませていただきました。
そして、台湾人と韓国人の違いは多くの人がいってますが、ここでもそうなんですね。
私は台湾の李登輝氏の自序伝を読んだ時もこれと同じ感じを抱きました。
一方は今でも親日的、他方は排日的･･この違いは民族性なのかしら？？

産業スパイという存在は総じてどこにでもいるものだと思います。
辛らつな表現をすれば、産業革命の時代から技術は盗用されながら発展しているというべきではないでしょうか？
この盗用を防止するために特許という概念が発生したわけですが、この国際特許概念は実は日本っも未成熟なわけですが、体外にして応じて著作権と混同される傾向さえあるわけです。批判的なコメントをすると、日本だって産業スパイ的な形で技術導入している部分は明治殖産興業時代にもまま指摘できます。どこかに技術的なベースがあり、そのベースを盗用するのは技術として仕方ないものがありますが、問題はその技術の権利の保護を意識することでしょう。それができていないからこそ、産業スパイによる被害を許してしまうのではないでしょうか？
あえて言えば、日本も産業スパイで発展している側面がないわけでもないことを留意するべきでしょう。何が技術なのか？という議論もありますが、私の考える技術概念からすれば、それが盗用されながら発展するとしかいいようがありません。

In any case, we think that Mr. Burns did well to refocus thinking on hydrogen fuel cells as an element of the solution to the overall mobility puzzle. Shining a light on the problem can only help illuminate the path toward a solution.
